"The accommodations were amazing. We loved our villa. Our concierge, Paulina, was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff weee always trying to please, even if they messed up or were taking too long. They were trying. We were a bit shocked at how much all the food and drinks cost. It was quite high for the quality received. The beach seemed to be somewhat destroyed from some storms but they had some blockades to control the waves. "

"It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Mexico & all inclusive and this trip was beyond amazing. The food options were phenomenal as were the drink options. The property always had events daily all the while trying to keep you engaged. Pools were great! Upon arriving staff was PHENOMENAL! Pepe was great with letting me know immediately upon arrival what to expect. The only thing I wish there was more of was music at the pool, this would be a great addition for guests to enjoy their time...

When you get to the hotel, make sure to make dinner reservation for their evening restaurants because they are amazing. We really liked the Asian and Mediterranean ones. Rooms get cleaned twice a day which is nice. One thing we didn't like was a buffet with small food options and it's the same every day. I wish we were told that we could eat at the restaurants...
