"The property was quite nice in appearance and was safe because it is a gated facility. The staff was very nice and particularly Lucas was very helpful. I got a little lazy and took a taxi to the airport, which the property arranged for the same fee posted on 5th Avenue, but it is located about one mile from ADO Touristica and ADO Alterna bus terminals. Maid service was good, but the mattresses were a little old,but had been covered with a foam layer for better comfort. I would definitely stay...

"Love this property and I've stayed here multiple times per year since 2018. I had an unfortunate experience this last trip, with the front desk guy, who basically harassed me by text message after I departed, because I didn't tip him for holding my cell phone at the front desk when I left it in the room after check out. He was new(er) to the team and I don't know what staffing changes they have had there...but that left a very sour taste in my mouth and I don't know if I will ever return to...

They happily stored our luggage so we hopped on the ferry to cozumel to soend the day before we could check in. Checkin was easy. You get a bracelet, beach towel and 1 room key.
