Location was good, close to 5th Ave. Room was very cleaned and they came by everyday to clean it and restock the mini bar. Its need more entertainment but if you want a relaxed stay, this is the place to stay."

"We stayed at The Reef 28 for 7 days & loved every minute of it. It's steps away from both 5th Avenue & the public beach. The eating areas, lobby, rooftop & room were clean! The staff was pleasant & very helpful. If you are planning to eat dinner, you have to make a reservation -- breakfast & lunch are open. What is & isn't included in the all-inclusive package will be made clear to you. Just make sure you're playing attention when they give you the tour! We were able to access the sister resorts which are just as nice."
