Una cosa que no me gustó fue que fui agarrar un café y espere 45 min y cuando llegue a la caja me dijieron que hielo no había entonces mi recomendación es que avisen con tiempo a las personas y así no tendremos que esperar tanto.. "Amazing time at the hotel with my friend and our 2 daughters for their graduation. Bed were comfortable, room and hotel was very clean overall. Food was very good : shouout to the lady who cooks omelets in the morning, she is amazing! Mexican restaurant was definitely our favorite. Special mention to all the service staff : they were all so great! Everyone seems happy to work there and their good service feels very genuine! They certainly add to the experience at the hotel : special thanks to Jose, Jesus and Sebastian"

"We really enjoyed our 5 day stay. The kids corner was magical for my four year old daughter, she begged everyday to go back there and play. The staff everywhere were amazing and SO helpful. They were SUPER aware of food allergies and would tell us if specific things on the menu might even possibly be cross contaminated. Will definitely return. "
