"The staff were generally friendly, but there weren’t enough of them. Many times, stations were understaffed or not staffed at all. The pools were not very clean and were too warm for my taste, although my son didn’t mind. The beach is beautiful and spacious. We visited during seaweed season, which was disappointing. They do try to clean it, but it’s a Sisyphean task—it’s very hard to keep up. The food was very mediocre, including at the Italian restaurant. The Mexican restaurant was better, but unfortunately two of us ate something there that caused severe food poisoning and cost us an entire day of our vacation to recover. We reported it, but the response felt like a dismissal of responsibility. Overall, you get reasonable value for the price. We did appreciate that it’s a smaller resort rather than one of the huge complexes, and it was nice that it’s built within a jungle setting rather than as one large building."

"We loved our stay here. Had never been to an all inclusive and we were really impressed. Everything everywhere so clean. Special touches everyday to our room which was kept up daily. Loved how spacious our room was with well stocked bar and fridge, amazing tub and shower and a beautiful balcony that overlooked the ocean. split time between amazing pools and the beautiful white sand beach laden with ample beach chairs. Also so impressed with how kind and hard working the staff was. Literally everyone from entertainment to desk to dining to cleaning staff always said hello and answered our questions and were genuinely kind and were joking around with us by the end of the trip. Although there are a few restaurant options on site as part of the all inclusive. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet as everyday there were so many rotating options for breakfast lunch and dinner. Freshly prepared so much variety and a little something for literally everyone. we also enjoyed the 24 hr lounge for late nite snacks and early morning coffee as well as the coffee/dessert bar when we would play games in the evening. The resort is also large enough that you can spread out and either join in all the fun activities or find a quiet nook. we partook in several of the activities and exercise Classes and had so much fun as the staff is engaging and full of energy. Finally, loved how multigenerational this location was with older couples down to young families with children. would go again."

"If you want peace and quiet or be near 5th ave this is cool....absolutely no amenities....no food, drinks, no view from room. Staff never spoke...but everything is walking distance... its ok for some people. But i would never stay again."

"Over all a wonderfull stay i had the luxurious grand master suite with jaccuzi tub was mostly clean only thing that wasnt clean was the air filters for the ac units they dont look like they have been changed in years. The food was exelent didnt have any issues with what i ordered how ever i feel like they need to add a resturaunt service for mondays as theres only 1 dinner option. Rooftop was amazing staff were very attentive and remembered my drink after only 1 day and when the clouds roll up in the evening you can get some spectacular photos. And dont forget to order the wings as they are awsome. Only big issues was the contruction noise and dust from accross the street not the resorts fault but still anoying."
