"Pretty much spot on. The buffet was average in the evenings but the specialist resturants were great, esp the oriental and the burger in tbe steak resturant. A great setting very close to Xcaret park. We would return again."

"The service at this place by we housekeeping, bartenders, waiters, waitresses was TOP NOTCH. The relaxation at this place is unmatched. Beautiful Quiet beach ! Rooms are older BUT amazing ! Only thing is that we spent extra for VIP service and it wasn’t worth it. Nothing was extra special or different about the package in my opinion. i also wish that the VIP attendant we were assigned to was more imformative about things. We found out all the ins and outs from other visitors that we met "

I wouldn’t hesitate to book here. Our favorite in Cancun so far. Bring floatys for the kiddos, all the pools are so deep. Only thing was having to get chairs by the pool was impossible, I’m guessing you have to wake up at 5 am, because we went at 6 and they were all taken. Flor and Baltezar were great!!"
