Enjoyed the hotel, a little outdated and in need of a few touch ups but overall a great place to stay. Buffet was terrific and had plenty of choices. The steak restaurant was a disappointment and the food was bad. The menu of the restaurants was small and limited. Only ate at the steak restaurant then decided to stay with the buffet and the grill by the pool. Staff was friendly, entertainment was good, and the view was great. Overall enjoyed the stay.

My family loved their stay. My 20 something years old family members had a blast with the parties and activities on site. Of course the drinks were excellent. The food was just ok. Really enjoyed the Italian restaurant.

The property overall is well kept, the landscaping staff do an excellent job. However, the property needs investment dollars in some areas needs in terms of updating and general maintenance. Do not expect a Riu Palace. however my brother and I had a great time.

Elevators are very small and compacted. One elevator was inoperable Staff was a little bossy mainly women The water at beach Mulky and not clear to swim The food was good and waiters helpful men mainly I will not stay here again 😒

Key card to rooms don’t work every night had to go down to lobby get new key. The Food at the buffet was not the best. Only positive out take was staff. Friendly staff and hard workers

The staff is great and dining options were both great along with the 4 foam parties included. Has awesome location. This is 3rd time staying but unfortunately probably last due to decision by management to have all rooms 24.5 to 23.5 celcius which was very uncomfortable for us and stating unable to help with temperature being any lower.
