The property was rather small with minimal amenities. Food at the restaurants was very hard to book (would've had to wait 30-60 minutes), however, we did go at a busy time. Nevertheless, the buffet food was great and staff was very nice. Good location since it was in hotel zone.

I am disgusted at this hotel and our stay. The website is not updated clarifying that most of the restaurants are adults only so we had to eat at the buffet or go off site to eat after already paying for an all inclusive. You also have to make a reservation for dinner but can’t do so until 4pm that day. We would be in line for reservations early and when we got up to the staff they would tell us they were full. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. No toilet seats on some toilets, and feces on the floors. The bathrooms in our room overflowed and clogged multiple times. My sister in law had to get stitches in her face because we had no hot water AT ALL for the last two days and when she flipped her hair to rinse trying to avoid getting in the cold water, the shower head had slid down and whacked her in the face. The manager argued trying to prevent the hotel from paying for the injuries. We were also lied to and invited to a “30 minute” presentation that was supposed to tell us everything the resort has to offer. We specifically asked to make sure it wasn’t a time share presentation and it would only be thirty minutes. It was over two hours and at the end they tried to sell us a “vacation package” but really it was a time share. The salesman Oscar made us all feel so terrible asking us why we did this if we weren’t going to buy anything and told us everyone is going to get fired trying to make us feel guilty. I 10/10 do NOT recommend this resort. TERRIBLE!

No me gusto que la reserva de restaurantes hay que hacerla a las 4 pm ,y hay q ir en Petrona eso se dificulta pues si uno sale no hay tiempo para gáfelo . Debería poderse hacer el mismo día pero no hasta esa hora , al igual los shows si no reserva a las 8 am no se puede adquirir.

Everything was perfect. But the beds near to the Ocean was not free. And sometimes we waited too long on line for food or drink. I am ready to Go back especially for the Views.
