Great stay overall! The staff were amazing, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. I loved having access to the neighboring hotels and all the extra amenities. The food was good most of the time, and everything was convenient. There’s a mall down the street (five minute walk) and a pharmacy right across the street. I would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at RIU Palace Kukulkan! The resort was beautiful, spotless, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my trip. The food and drinks exceeded my expectations, and my Elite Club Ocean Front room had an incredible view that made the stay even more special. The beach and pools were fantastic, and I always felt relaxed and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great adults-only all-inclusive in Cancun, and I can't wait to come back!

We stayed recently and had such a wonderful experience. The property was clean and the well maintained and the food was amazing. The staff were by far the best part of the experience. This was a beautiful property. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The food was better than most all inclusive resorts I've stayed at. My only suggestion would be the entertainment. There just isn't enough of it at the actual resort. But all in all I would definitely stay here again.
