The resort was well maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. All five restaurants were delicious and offered a great deal of variety. With the hotel being on the beach it made for a fun and uncomplicated trip. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Excellent hotel ..beautiful and clean! Just wish there was tastier food, but overall it was a great variety of food choices. Also, they just give the hotel guest more towels towels for the pool, one per guest is low. Overall I enjoyed the property. It’s beautiful and the staff is real nice.

The resort was beautiful, the staff was friendly and extremely nice. The buffet food was great from the breakfast to dinner. We couldn’t get into steak house, the Italian food wasn’t good but overall I had an amazing time. I’ll definitely be back.

This is the third time we've stayed at this hotel, and as always, it exceeded all my expectations. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal, very close to La Isla Shopping Village and excellent restaurants if you want to dine out. We stayed in the hotel's Elite rooms and have no complaints regarding cleanliness or service. They have very good restaurants, although I think the food could offer more variety and the evening entertainment could be improved.

My stay at Riu Kulkulkan was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The resort exceeded my expectations in every way and provided the perfect combination of relaxation, comfort, and exceptional service. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible variety and quality of the food. Every restaurant offered delicious options, whether it was breakfast, lunch, dinner, or late-night snacks. The buffet had a wide selection of fresh and flavorful dishes, and the specialty restaurants provided a fantastic dining experience with excellent service.

Other than unpleasant customer service front desk person - Fernanda that checked us in, everything else was great! Clean room, attentive waiters at the beach, tractor cleaning beach all day long, food super tasty at Elite Club restaurant! Would recommend and return!
