"Our plane was delayed almost two nights so only had three hours at the Holiday Inn. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows soft. complimentary chocolates were a lovely gesture. Whenever I contacted the hotel to say we were delayed again they always replied with understanding. It was nice someone cared. Just wished we had the full two nights but that’s travel. "
