The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had an issue with the AC in our room and due to the heat it was uncomfortable and so they were able to help us by shifting us to another room where the AC was working where it was more comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt. Our work was at Ahmedabad University, which was a short uber ride away. We were especially impressed with the breakfast buffet, which had excellent range and quality. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Would certainly stay here again.

Worst Hyatt

Rooms were really dirty, and dated. The only good thing about this hotel was the friendly staff. The quality of food was really bad, also there were many flies around the food.
