The service is not the same as you expect from Taj. Leaky shower, smelly hallway, poor cleaning crew and below average breakfast.

To see Ahmedabad it is best to hire a taxi for the day
Visited Statue of Unity. Nice Idea of Govt of Gujarat to attract the visitors.
Although people are generally helpful and honest but Lot of traffic especially during office time which needs streamlining
Very active and cheap city, but the pollution is very harmful for a western and the streets are in rural conditions (mainly outside the centre)
It's a great place with really sweet people. I also liked their food.
