very good place to stay, very friendly staff, can feel their smiling face even through then mask and face shield.
I had a great time., was mainly there for my mother's treatment in the hospital near by. But time spent was good at the property.
Hotel is very and well-appointed. The decor is traditional high standards, although some areas are showing slight signs of the need to refurbish. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The hotel is quite close to a large shopping centre. Other sightseeing areas are within 30 minutes.
Great hotel with excellent amenities. However, I was surprised that even in Ulsoor, many people, including some auto-rickshaws and taxis didn't know where the hotel was located.
Awesome customer service... It is convenient next to Mall... Coming back again soon.
