The Itsy by Treebo is barely a hotel. It has the sense of a building under construction, in a part of the city under construction as well. Amenities are barebone and the staff barely speaks English. I was also particularly annoyed because while I was napping the staff barged into my room to install a new TV. That was completely unacceptable as I said I did not want them in the room, and they did it anyways.
I would absolutely not stay here again.

The staff was really helpful and made it easy to arrange anything we needed. The property is peaceful and beautiful and the views unparalleled. The breeze from our Club room terrace made our stay in Kovalam more comfortable.

Great stay. Great variety for breakfast especially there was brown rice 'puttu'. The spa treatment was great as they were able to fit me in. Would definitely return to the hyatt in trivandrum
