"Had an amazing time at Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage. the property is amazing and staff are incredible. There was a big food selection around the property. Pool and pool area was clean and also have staff around to assist. There is a private beach located on property that you can walk on and have many water activates to enjoy. our Room was clean and there was also one everyday to clean and provide clean towels. "It was an amazing experience. I simply loved this property. I went with my friend and her 4 yr old son and my 5 yr old daughter. It had play area, game zone, movies in the evening on the amphitheatre, buffet was absolutely amazing. Would recommend for families to have a stay here, if especially you have your own transport "

"The attention to detail and level of service was excellent. The only negative about this place is that some of the guests behaviour is an absolute joke e.g if they want your sun bed, they’ll happily throw your stuff off or even use it as there isnt many there, this isn’t the hotels fault though. "What i liked about the property was the ambience and feel of the property. Staff was good but only time i disliked property was when the property denied entry to two of my friends who came to meet me from anjuna stating no guest policy was there,hence they couldn't come in which resulted in utmost embarrassing situation for me as my guests had to leave after this"

"Great service by the pool area. Room service less impressed. Some of the popular dishes show availability 24//7. When ordered they are available during certain period of the day. More seriously we ordered a car for transportation to the airport. Concierge advised us on time to MOPA airport. We reconfirmed this transformation two times. When getting in the car the concierge had ordered the taxi to Dabolim airport. "

Best experience I could hope for!

"We were here for a family trip for 5 days- with our 4yr old and parents and we had an absolute blast. The resort is one of the most family friendly places I’ve been to, and every member of the family thoroughly enjoyed. Kids Club - our 4yo spent most of her time here, she loved making crafts and playing in the playroom. Sheela, Prajakta and Sumita were incredible in keeping the kids engaged and we could easily leave our child in their care. Spa- one of the best spa experiences. Geethu, my therapist was knowledgeable, professional and extremely good Pool- there was an adult-only pool, a toddler pool and a family pool. Given our large group, we used all of them and had an absolute blast. The pools are very well designed, with lots of nooks for groups with all swimming proficiencies to hang out in Food- fantastic food, and an incredible buffet spread. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each day with options for North Indian, South Indian, western, and local Goan items. I was also very impressed by the multitude of healthy, gluten-free, and vegan options Staff- the staff all over the resort was extremely courteous and helpful. Not once in the 5 days that we spent in the resort that we see somebody not smiling. Overall- I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"
