A truly outstanding property! A lot has been invested to create a beautiful haven very close to the madness of Baga but just far enough away. A brilliant team also run it with 29 rooms and around 70 employees. The service was beyond exceptional. The restaurant was ably run by Sudesh and every assistance was given in a natural manner, seemingly effortlessly and nothing was too much trouble. The staff and management were very welcoming, always asking I’m ok and need anything. 2 minutes to the beach and shops. Clean pool. Food amazing, big breakfast. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel to stay for a group As per the rating given except for the wooden cottages which require some safety in windows to be assuring from thief and a separate main switch for AC(takes time to cool in summer) the decor is excellent. No problem with good. One thing I recommend to hotel management is what's with the sign boards, remove some of them.

Lovely and clean, friendly staff. Great service and a beautiful pool to lounge around. 10 min walk to Baga beach and taxi service just outside... I will be going back there! Perfect!

I booked this hotel on Expedia and surprisingly found the hotel to exceed on our expectations. Hotel is constructed on more than 100 year old Portuguese building. Food was excellent. Hotel staff was very good and courteous. Ambience of the hotel is very good. Rooms are pool facing. Rooms and washroom are very big in size.

Only snag was inconsistent hot water in the basin.

Super friendly staff, my room was ready early so I could check in straight away. The staff will sort anything out for you. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. Excellent value for money.

So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed...

Great hotel. Clean and good size rooms. Has. Balcony.As per photos. Lovely infinity pool. Away from main street and quite but easy to get to places by walking or taxi. Beach and town 30 mins walk. Needed to ask for coffee sachets and white towels were not hotel soft or white but not stained but just dull and hard.
