Very nice place and staff. I had a very good time there.

We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us. So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. I booked this hotel on Expedia and surprisingly found the hotel to exceed on our expectations. Hotel is constructed on more than 100 year old Portuguese building. Food was excellent. Hotel staff was very good and courteous. Ambience of the hotel is very good. Rooms are pool facing. Rooms and washroom are very big in size.

A truly outstanding property! A lot has been invested to create a beautiful haven very close to the madness of Baga but just far enough away. Stunning hotel with warm, friendly staff.

Clean pool. Great staff. Well kept resort

Stayed in this hotel a few times now. As per normal it is excellent. Near enough town if you want a little walk, beach short taxi away. Food in restaurant is amongst the best I have had in a hotel. You must have the Goan food.

I visited this place with my family and we really enjoyed the stay in this hotel. The owner Mr. Derek is a fantastic host who took us around in his car to show places in Panjim, arranged for nice breakfast every morning, guided us to good restaurants and also arranged for vehicles for sightseeing and drop to railway station.

Excellent room, food, buffet breakfast, service and everything one would hope for in a stay.

Our overall stay was amazing. The staff were very kind and professional. We hit a snag on the last day as we left but the staff were prompt in correcting it.

We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. Good value for money, and we'd happily stay here again. Recommended!

Enjoyed the stay . Will go back to the same place. Nice and a very hospitable bar. Good pool bar. Very courteous and accomadating staff. Suggestion : book a room on the first floor sea facing. It has doors opening to the lawn and beach pathway. If out of budget, the garden view rooms on the first floor are the same and only a minute's walk to the beach path ( of course no beach view). Goa Marriott will be by first choice and I recommend it to all.
