"We had such a lovely stay here in Mumbai. It was a Holiday when we arrived and we were able to participate in the festivities. The staff were all wonderful and so were the amenities. We will be back to stay anytime we are in Mumbai. "

"The beginning of the stay was great. The housekeeping deteriorated daily. First day we had all the amenities in our room, but daily we would be missing towels, spoons, lotion, trash take out. The room was really lovely, but housekeeping needs to check more closely daily. The buffet was good but way too expensive. A person can not possibly eat enough food in one sitting to justify the price. The pool was just okay. Water was warm and not refreshing. Personnel are always looking for a tip, so...

"I booked this place for my parents, they loved the service and hospitality. Overall a pleasant stay One thing though, I asked for a birthday gesture for my dad, but somehow the greeting card addressed my sister instead of my dad, even I asked for that specifically. I think it might have happened as i booked the room under my sister name. My family was a bit confused lol as I wanted to surprise them with this pre celebration and couldn't figure out. Not a big deal, but I hope so next time please...

"We stayed three nights at Taj Mahal Tower Hotel and it was a very enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel opposite Gateway of India was very convenient with shopping and extensive choice of food outlets in the nearby colaba area. The iconic Taj Palace hotel is connected and most public areas are shared by both hotels. The welcome ceremony conducted on check in is very unique and made us feel special. "The hotel is really good and food is excellent. The staff is cooperative . One note be very specific regarding room cleaning , you want or not. As I informed the team at reception no room cleaning required but still when we came back from imagica , room was cleaned. Imagicaa is walking distance and hotel is amazing. Fun part cartoon imagicaa performances at the restaurant keep up the feel of the place. "

"Imagine the Marriott has mattresses that are sunken and not supportive. I had two days of back pain because front desk staff didn't address the mattress issue when I brought it to their attention. On the second day, one staff member, Girish Joshi, heard me talking to the female staff about the pain I had, and he stepped in. He had the mattress replaced so that I could be comfortable. I'm so thankful to him. He understands and clearly seek the best for guests."

"We had a terrific time at the Taj Wellington Mews. This was our 4th time staying here, and every time the staff at the Wellington exceed our expectations. The location is terrific, the rooms are clean and spacious and the food is excellent. We will be back again. "

"I typically write reviews after completing my stay, but the experience has been so great, I’m writing it now. I came to Mumbai as a tourist for two days with my family. Hotel and rooms: Luxurious. The rooms, especially the bathroom, are very spacious. My parents said they felt they were staying in a palace of sorts. Food: The breakfast buffet is impeccable. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels with a similar spread (in quantity), but none that tasted as good as Sofitel’s. The chefs need to take a bow. The best vada pav, waffles, and baked goods. Everything was delicious. Staff/service: Also impeccable - 10/10. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The hotel had a complementary cocktail night and it was out of this world. The best drinks and appetizers. Location: I personally love BKC. It feels very modern. The hotel felt close enough to the remainder of the city - especially west Bandra. Just fyi - I took a taxi to get here from the airport and it was reasonable at 1200 rupees. Everything is so immaculately done here. I would definitely stay here again. "
