What an excellent hospitality by Marriott.. neat and clean room, great amenities, food served in in room dining and in restaurant is delicious. Met chef Mr. Prakash and he is a gem of a person. Last week faced pathetic services at Courtyard by Marriott Raipur but here at Navi Mumbai entire Marriott team is excellent. They have a very good customer centric approach. Cheers to entire team of Marriott residency Navi Mumbai. Thanks for such a wonderful hospitality 🙏

New Property, Needs Focus on Customer Delight

A new property, still trying to find its feet. Good ambience and infrastructure. Beautiful views of the hills, especially in monsoons. However, the hotel did not honour the commitment made when we reserved the room on Hotels, tariff inclusive of breakfast and dinner. They converted the dinner to a high tea :-).

Do not Stay....

A Very New property. The property itself is excellent. However the staff are currently very poorly trained. On Check in a pre auth was taken on my card, and at check out the did not reverse the pre auth but charged me twice! I have been trying to resolve this however their response is terrible. When I call, I am simply told Mr. Samsad is not here he will call you back! Restaurant is ok, selection poor for dinner and breakfast.I hope in the next few months they will turn things around with better training of staff.
