My stay was pleasant, but the staff was one sided. They treated my guest as if they did not exist. This made it awkward for myself and my local guest. Even though I paid, I do not think it was fair, or kind to treat my guest as a "nobody". They would've gotten 5 Stars if it weren't for this.

Nothing to like in this. We stayed here for 4 days and shifted our room 3 times. AC doesn't work at all. Bath tab taps are broken. Door locks didn't work. They don't serve after 11 pm.

Compared to price this hotel has few issues needs to be addressed immediately. Everything is reactive than pro-active.The cleanliness and maintenance are certainly big one. Countertops, bathrooms, chairs are either uncleaned or broken. Bathroom showers has standing water issues, dirty smell, countertops have stains.Non smoking rooms have smoking smell, chairs had cigarette holes. In short, daily cleanliness and maintenance is not done properly. Hotel lobby is very congested. Main service desk credit card machines are having trouble in accepting international cards, as only manual key in numbers are working, not contactless option. On site restaurant is a big plus, good quality food with variety of options.

The toilets need a revamp. We moved from one room to another next day after our arrival, as the toilets were in bad shape. Thinking the next room would be okay, we again had the same experience. The sink clogs and it was quite disgusting. The inconvenience in the toilets, e.g no place to hang clothes or towel is something.

Excellent hotel & superb staff perfect for family

It was a short stay but I would strongly recommend this place. Beautiful rooms very comfortable bed excellent bathrooms with tub and the best part was food.. amazing taste.. breakfast was excellent.. super helpfull staff and they are very well trained. Priced fairly.. I would rate it above hayat mumabi..

MARRIAGE EVENT organized in the hotel.

The food and F&B services are excellent. We did not get hospitality treatment from front office administration. There was mismatch in understanding. Hotel administration should work towards communication gap between F&B and front office. At times the approvals shown from seniors were challenged..... Rest we enjoyes three days stay with Great Food, attractive ambience, specious rooms... It was a fun to stay here.

Wonderful hotel, excellent food!

My boyfriend had a class at this hotel, so we stayed here for 8 nights in November. I really enjoyed it! The service was top notch, the room was spacious and clean, and the food was absolutely divine! We hadn't really eaten anywhere else in India, so I don't know how it compares, I just know that I was happy eating the buffet for every meal the entire week that we were there. We never even made it to the fancy restaurant! There were so many choices. I wish that I knew the names of the staff members, if they could wear name tags that would be awesome, I would love to have given them recognition. I would stay here again if I ever needed to go back. I never walked outside the hotel, there wasn't much around, but I felt very safe and completely happy just relaxing and enjoying reading by the pool.

Pathetic & unhygienic

I stayed for 2 nights. I choose this hotel since it was close to my business area. Bed and pillow were pathetic and really seem to me as if they have been used by another guest and they haven't changed the pillow cover and linen and just made up the room without changing. I found some food item patches on the linen. Finally the big surprise, I found bugs on the bed which made me sick and couldn't sleep whole night. Next day when I asked the hotel manager about what is he going to do about that night. He simply said that I will take it up with house keeping. Next day I asked for refund and he refused. Very disappointed, I will never ever stay in this hotel again.

Great value Mahape hotel

Location is great if you’re working in Mahape it’s about a 10 minute walk to the Millenium business park. The hotel is modern and clean and the food and service are great. Excellent value for money.

Dishonest staffs and passive attitude

It was a really bad experience live in this hotel, my food(instant noodle) was stolen in my room twice! the guy even use my steel cup to ate and without wash it clean... i am very disappointed about their general manager deal with the whole things.At last i ask them to collect the CCTV information, and there is no more feedback after i request...

Comfortable and a present stay

We really enjoyed our stay especially the box of chocolate was like an icing on the cake. Very comfortable nice room. Liked the IRD and the breakfast. Have been here many times for a Sunday brunch and have always liked this place though will miss the brunch as I heard the hotel has stopped it. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful time.
