The room was in good condition. The staff at breakfast was terrible, just ignored us, they profile you, if you look like them, they ignore you, had to call the manager. We are New Yorkers (originally from South America), I believe that's the way they treat Indian nationals. They needed to be trained to respect all races.

Great apartment and great service.

Great stay. Overall good room and very useful as a family as we were in the 2 bedroom apartment. Service was great as you have a separate reception away from the main busy hotel if staying in an apartment.

Great hotel and experience

It was great, service was swift and we got to check-in early without even asking. Staff are extremely attentive and helpful. The grand Hyatt is my go-to hotel in Mumbai
