Really a good property with decent ameneties and a convenient location. However, having stayed at their other location (The Leela Palace, Chennai) just a few days before, this property fares poorly in comparison. The staff needs a lot more training and standardization. some of the staff are amazing and proficient..some of them are downright clueless. It also boils down to the attitude of the locals for a service oriented mentality. The staff at Leela Channai want to genuinely delight you. The staff at Leela Mumbai do it like a job that needs to be done to get paid.

Very Clean and well maintained property. Rooms were bright and airy and very clean. The bed was excellent with crisp white linen sheets and fresh white fluffy towels.

We had a wonderful stay at the Leela for our last night in India. The location is so convenient to the airport and the surrounding gardens are beautiful. We booked a royal club room, and were given a free upgrade to a suite. The room was so spacious and peaceful. The inclusion of breakfast and return airport shuttle are great benefits of the royal club rooms, and there was always food/drinks available in the club lounge throughout the day. All the staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. I wish we'd had more time to stay at this lovely hotel.
