"This was a solo 4 night stay whilst touring. For the price, I didn't expect too much and as it turned out it was a satisfactory standard of accommodation for what I paid. Bed was nice and comfortable, good ceiling fan but no AC. Overall the room was generally clean, however if you opened a drawer, it had definately not been cleaned for a while. Bathroom was acceptable clean. I found out after the 1st night that you have to ask reception to put the electric Geyer on for hot water. If you're...

"Pleasant and comfortable.Very good free buffet veg breakfast with the package. I have suggested that on arrival there should be drinking water,coffee and milk, box of tissues complimentary available in the room"

"Really unprofessional front office. Cleared bill in morning and asked to keep invoice ready by evening. As expected it was not ready. Made a lot of issue in accepting to give invoice with my GST number. Justification is its online booking. But payment is direct. First time i faced this issue. Also to mention intercom was not working and i had to call to hotels land line from mobile for any service."
