"This hotel should not be classed as 4star, the overall cleanliness and hygiene fall well below standards required for 4Star.
Mouldy bathroom, TV hanging off the wall.
The room had remnants of the previous guests who had stayed in there before us. Had to ask housekeeping for bathroom mats, hand towels and there was no toilet roll. Basic housekeeping checks not done before our arrival.
Shower and taps had mould and green algae.
Lobby had mice running between sofa seats!
I hope Expedia can...

"It was inexpensive but can find much better for the same cost in India.
This hotel is very bad. Front desk was disorganized and seemed to not have our booking. At the end they tried charging again for the room when we had prepaid with expedia. The rooms were super smelly like moth balls, the bathroom very mouldy, and paint was peeling on walls. Room with a view meant a view of the monorail which was right out our window (and looking at the station)."

We recently stayed at Hotel Nalanda and honestly it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
The rooms were excellent spacious comfortable and maintained to a very high standard. Everything was spotless and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was truly impressive. The hygiene standards were clearly a top priority which made the stay even more comfortable and reassuring.
