The room was in really bad condition and I found roaches on the bed and inside the washroom which I took a photo of and showed it to the hotel staff as well. But could not get another room until next morning. It was an awful experience.
Great Property, Great Location, Expensive but delectable food, Overall 8/10 rating.
Deduction of 02 points for being too strict with rules like no outside eatable allowed. outside food / beverages not permitted.
Property was not maintained well at all! We needed an extra bed and the bed was extremely stained and bad. Didn’t meet the Grand Bhagavati standard at all!
As hotel is **** star but they not maintaining same standard. There is so many facilities are missing they only just publish in website but actually you will not find it. Charges are taking four star but service providing ** star. I will not recommended this hotel to any.
Nothing was unique. The condition of property was basic compare to our expected from 5 star hotel and as i was traveling with my wife we were asked to provide our marriage certificate to prove our realtionship.
Terrible experience during check-in.

Located on Main SG highway
This hotel belongs to a famous TGB group of Gujarat but not stand on the reputation and expectation of group legacy. Rooms are not maintained, elevators are old age, Nothing much to do in a hotel. One can consider it for a 1-day business trip as this is located on the main SG highway and all big business centers are nearby.
The rooms are really bad, worn out and old rooms. Although they have changed to modern facilities its still not applauding. There are huge cracks on the room walls (#418 & 404) They had to change my room twice. in #202 Windows are locked but have gaps, being on the SG highway, the sound of traffic entire night was very disturbing.
The next room 417 had a doors closing issue, the door was jammed and would not open or close until you really push/pull very hard.
Vodafone signals are very weak in the rooms and Hotel Wifi is very slow (2G speed)
The Staff was very courteous and helpful at all times.
Room was tucked away on the side of conference/banquet rooms. Not such a good feeling. Small insects were in the bathroom, probably premises not being fumigated regularly.
Very Very Disappointing!! 3rd grade place to stay.
The price we paid was too high for the kind of accommodation we got. The bathroom was stinking, they didn’t give us enough towels or napkins throughout our stay. The cleaning was very shoddy. People were unprofessional and rude. No irons in the room, rooms are too small. We paid a 5Star price for a 2Star place. Food was also very poor, the waiters barring 1 were all very badly behaved and uncouth.
Uncomfortable beds, broken counter top in the bathroom, repairs happening in the adjacent room upto 10:30pm, until I hand to step out finally & ask them to stop work, very average breakfast, overall doesn’t do justice to the price quality ratio
The Stay was comfortable. But the room that was allocated in the 2nd floor was close to the 24x7 coffee shop which was abub with activity right upto 3am in the morning - which kept me awake all through.
The rooms are very lousy, pillars are in middle of the room. Lift is very outdated. Breakfast spread is not up to the mark.
The only thing I liked was that it is vegetarian restaurant. area outside the room is not lit properly & the air conditioning was also not working.
I would like mention about the signature restaurant Mr & Mrs Somani their signature dish biryani was actually serve cold whereas the menu say something else.
