The shower was plenty refreshing after an 8-day trek. Breakfast was good. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. "Not bad, but not great. Hot water was iffy. Checkout is at 8am! Who's up at 8am when on vacation? Had a leaking sink that they just couldn't fix, which meant water leaked out onto my sink and floor. Had some issues with service personnel. Kind of hard to find. I would not recommend it. At the same time, it was okay. Food was great, and they fed us breakfast and supper. Place was really clean. "

"A very simple property in Leh but really good value. And the staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. They even stored our luggage for us as we went for an 8-day trek. The location is also perfect for exploring the main downtown plaza. Simple facilities but the staff more than make up for this."

"It appears to be quite a new hotel located a short walk from the centre of Lane. The initial impression is very good front desk is very efficient and allow us to check in at 8 am which was a real bonus having just arrived at 7 am. The room was large with the balcony and views to the mountains. There were some minor glitches with the shower system they had to repair or nothing serious but the water was not hot just warm. Buffet breakfast was simple reasonable but anytime we ask for anything....

Daniel, the manager at the hotel, was also super-helpful in accomodating some last minute changes in our itinerary. The hotel is an oasis amid the hustle and bustle of Kargil and great base to explore surrounding areas of Drass and Suru valley. Highly recommended hotel if you are staying in this region"
