"There was an absolute feeling on tranquility upon entering the courtyard then lobby of the Bodhi Tree. As Americans, we had been overwhelmed by the drive on tiny streets, honking, and mountain road from Srinagar…. The oasis of Bodhi tree for the next three days was a balm. "It was an incredible experience! Kashmiri people are lovely, their hospitality is marvellous. I wish there was less trash everywhere in the valley - plastic bottles and plastic bags in particular. Can't really blame Kashmiris for it but some obnoxious Indian tourists from the rest of the country. Hope the trash situation improves, it is a real eye-sore and a bummer."

"I stayed in the hotel for three nights. I got a room on 3rd floor which had an excellent view of snow covered hill which was liked by my family. Room, Bathroom were spacious. The breakfast was good with options like Poha, Upma, pasta, etc. The only issue I had was that we had to wait for ten minutes to get hot water every time. Overall I recommend the hotel for a quiet stay near Pahalgam. "

"All in all a 3/5 star experience. Here is why: The Location was nice,but no better or worse than any other in the area. The facility was clean and spacious and the balcony view was very nice! That was very good. Staff was also friendly and trying to be helpful, they didn’t manage too well whatsoever. The water was only warm when I asked them to turn on the boiler. So every day I was showing ice cold for the first 5 minutes. Not very pleasant. Breakfast and dinner was ok. The food was alright but...
