My parents arrived at the hotel slightly ahead of the check-in time and inquired about the possibility of an early check-in. Initially, one of the staff members informed them that they could check in early for an additional fee of 800 rupees. When my parents declined to pay the extra fee, the staff member returned after half an hour to inform them that their room was ready. It felt like they were attempting to extract extra money from senior citizens, which is not the kind of behavior one expects from a reputed brand like Lemon.

Accomodation was comfortable with good size room, environment within the resort is lovely, dining options very good, food was delicious and facilities good. It was ok, not very clean, bed definitely not a king. Not terrible but not how the pictures make it seem. Staff were friendly enough and overall felt safe for the most part except for what seemed to be staff wandering around the halls at all hours. Not the best smells in the hallway or room. Strange fowl smell from AC.
