Response time for room issues was very slow. TV was not working. Took over an hour to get a new remote. Requested teabags/milk and had to call several times. Asked for a room with a decent view and were given a room overlooking garbage containers from neighboring hotel construction.

The location of this facility seems ideal, as it is close to departure gate 17. I had booked an overnight stay (4 to 5 hours), as I had a 9.5 hour stop over between a domestic flight (Goa to Delhi), and an international flight to London.
