I had a great stay at this hotel in Delhi. The location is excellent, with easy access to key landmarks in South Delhi as well as the airport. A mall is conveniently nearby, which makes things even easier for food, shopping, and quick errands. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. Both the breakfast and in-room dining were very good, with good quality and variety. As someone visiting from abroad, I found the hotel safe, comfortable, and well managed, which really matters when you’re in a new city. I would highly recommend it, especially for business travelers, but it’s a solid choice for leisure stays as well.

The pool was still a bit cool. The staff have been great and the hotel is in the old style which we prefer, to shiny chrome and glass. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, but very busy.

For a hotel this size 6 sun beds are inadequate and only three pool towels at the start of the day and none of you come later. Reception is very chaotic with no system in place for dealing with large groups. Three desks and we had to go to each of them before the correct location, desk signage would help. The most helpful staff were the ones servicing our room they were excellent.

Enjoyable stay at the Grand New Delhi

we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was very efficient and courteous. Ajay at the entrance who showed us his 6 fingers very proudly was helpful in settling our fare with the cab driver as we didn't have change in local currency. Nikuns at the reception and all the staff were very helpful.

Good as close to ambience mall and airport - hotel is a good choice and buffet good before am flight to London- only downside is whilst mall is walkable in 10 minutes no proper path or signage and easier to drive given usual Delhi traffic craziness

Busines trip to New Delhi

Room was big and clean. Bed and pillows nice. Staff was so nice and helpfull. The duty manager organiced taxis and gave phone number if something happens during the day and I needed help. Food in the hitel restaurant was good.

Original impression when walking in is really good. It only gets worse from there. Majority of the staff doesn't care about the customer. Our room smelled foul and so they changed our room which was marginally better but was even less clean. They said they would shift our luggage but eventually we had to get it ourselves. Dinner tasted terrible and the stop serving you as soon as the time for breakfast, lunch, and dinner time is up. They would not tell customers the kitchen is closed and then just ignore you. If your looking for a 3 star hotel with a 1 star customer service experience, then this would be the place for you.
