"Room was very clean, the wardrobes are well maintained as well. Didn't use kitchen and utensils, but it looked clean. Tap for drinking water right in the kitchen. Bathroom is very clean as well. Overall very good experience, stayed for 3 days."

This is the worst experience i had with Hotels.com, the online agent james told me that they will escalate this issue and get back to me soon. "
