This hotel was all-in-all a frustrating place to stay. The biggest advantage it has is the fact that the staff will to and from your gates for flights; other than that it was difficult to recommend.
The rooms themselves are clean and well-maintained, but quite small. The sound-proofing is almost non-existent; we heard every guest entering and exiting their room and stomping down the hallway, making sleep very hard to come by, especially when jet lag is taken into account.
The check-in process was long and painful; we arrived on a late flight and they had to send someone to fetch us, which took awhile. After that was the unfortunate but necessary process of taking us through security with our baggage, etc. as the hotel is located after the check-in counters.
These drawbacks wouldn't be as difficult to swallow if it hadn't been for the ridiculous price tag on the rooms. It's much more than I would pay for a better hotel in North America. When converted to INR, the rates are astronomical and quite appalling. Sadly it is the only option for a stay within the airport itself.
