They were accommodating and absolutely meticulous. They are, by far, the best housekeeping staff we've had the chance to receive service from. Although we only stayed a few hours, it was an excellent choice. Room was large and bed was comfy. Check in was fast and efficient. Great people working there and place looked fantastic. Only thing was that down the street there were a lot of homeless people. First time I saw it in India. Nobody bothered me or begged but just a heads up that there was a lot of them sleeping against the buildings and had to walk through to get to ATM. I still felt safe either way! Very close to Conneaught Place and all that goes on there but I took tuk tuk!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa treatment was good. The buffet dinner was not very special. It seemed difficult to walk out of the hotel and find anything without a taxi.
