I became extremely ill from outside food upon immediate arrival to the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to take care of everything I needed including sending people out to get medication and cook special foods etc. They were truly exceptional.

Very clean , modern property . Staff at front desk / concierge very helpful and polite . Close to janpath / CP , easy Uber access. Our deluxe room was smaller than expected but a great view . The entrance to the pool area was quite unique and zen like . The difficulties I faced was ordering room service for pizza or other specialty food only started at a creation time and was not 24 hr ! Secondly I lost my scarf in the hotel and was not able to find it . The bar service at grappa was slow and had to request a drink after 1 hour sitting at the table and no one came to ask !!! The bar food at Grappa was excellent.The breakfast buffet was unique with Indian / Chinese cuisine being dominant . All in all enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend.
