First time at the resort as a solo traveler I was pleased on how beautiful and clean the property was. All the employees knew English so that was a plus, the staff was very pleasant, entertainment every night and The After Dark Club was live and pack. Over all I will recommend and visit again

Staff was awesome, food could use improvement, limited and lunch choices not good, although breakfast was the best

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean and the ocean front room was the best view I’ve ever had. Staff were friendly and helpful, however, the food was extremely mediocre and not very appetizing. It was a laid-back atmosphere which was what we were looking for. Hotel and staff were well above average but just didn’t care for the food at all. I would like to give a shout out to Dulce at the Wink Lobby Bar! She was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased.

This property was very good to me , my hubby & our dog Milo .. who became VERY popular on the property lol .. here’s some names of VERY GOOD STAFF !! Kevin , Leo , Ivan , Patrica .. we loved every moment in Cancun Mexico and we will be back in December!!

Overall, this resort offers a satisfactory experience. The establishment maintains a high standard of cleanliness, and the staff consistently demonstrates professionalism and a helpful demeanor. The accommodations are well-appointed, and the available amenities are commendable. While the on-site dining options are diverse and of good quality, the room service menu and the selection of alcoholic beverages could benefit from a refresh and expansion.

There was plenty of options for poolside chairs and the swim up bars were well equipped with nice staff and drink options! Beautiful views and good food!
