Playa del Carmen All inclusive Holidays

The resort is super clean and very family oriented! Our kids loved the kids club and water park. The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly. However, It's unfortunate what has happened to their beach and all the seaweed present. We did not like the view of the large sand blocks in the water, it's hard to avoid seeing sitting on the beach. We do wish that there were shows at night white there wasn't anything to do after dinner other than walk around or go back to the room.

The staff at the resortamazing !! It was a birthday trip and I have never had such an amazing birthday from singing to decorating my room and the attention to detail was excellent! The steakhouse was our favorite steak lobster and shrimp. Also some our group went fishing and they cooked our catch at the steakhouse restaurant on property and it was superb ! The doorman Francisco was or favorite employee there however they were so many awesome employees!

Food at some places like Seaside and Oceania were great , but Italian and Asian restaurants, food ranged from plane to terrible, staff was great about listening to our comments and suggestions, which is great , but it is what is , needs work, asap

Clean room and good breakfast

The room was great! We had a swim Out room allowing us to sit poolside at the Main pool right out of our room. The staff was very friendly and kind. Most food was good with some variances. The staff that puts on the shows does a great job also!
