"The staff was amazing and kind. We were the only couple there due to the hurricane however they still kept the resort full functioning as if it were full. My only complaint is that there is some upkeep needed and the food prices are extremely overpriced. Elli and Omar were very kind to us and helpful when it was time to evacuate. We will absolutely be back and we cant wait to be there. Thank you for an amazing memory!"

"Beautiful! Service great. Included excursions so fun! Food at their restaurant so good! Loved having access to the Fiesta Americana for other restaurants, beach beds, beach club, entertainment. The room for King bed was so nice! View of "jungle" So clean. Bright. Good Air. Basket of banana muffins, juice and coffee very nice touch. Mini fridge filled daily with water, drinks, milky ways and chips. There was an umbrella and safe. Never saw our cleaning staff but they were great! Bring bug...
