"From the time you arrive through the gates until you leave, you're taken care of. All you have to do is relax and have fun. Lots of activities everyday. So many pools to keep cool. The beaches are great! The staff is very friendly. There's all types of food, you can eat your favorites for every meal. The rooms are comfortable, cleaned everyday and great air conditioning. "The friendly staff, cleanliness and wildlife around the resort made the trip! Most of the pools were a bit deep for our youngest to enjoy, but the kids had a great time in the wave pool. The activities were always delayed, sometimes up to 30 minutes. The lazy river left a lot to be desired. The food was always good. We were very disappointed booking with Expedia, as the price quoted with taxes and fees was $800 less than what we were charged. Also the $400 credit was in the form of coupons. For example, pay $100 USD and get $25 off. Everything at the resort was 2-3 times more expensive than what it was a home, like sun screen, vanilla, clothing or even Tajin. "
