"I loved how beautiful this resort was. The staff was okay definitely could’ve been better. Since I was celebrating my birthday, I did expect a certain level of service that I don’t feel like I received. At one point I got lost checking in to find my room and Shuttle that operates around the property took forever many times. It was a rainy trip so I did end up walking a lot of the time given they offer a shuttle and the property is fairly large. This was very inconvenient. The pools were well-maintained. The food was not what I was expecting either, but there were a few good options. I was expecting much better flavor. The coffee shop is not open in the mornings which I thought was crazy. I also got sick on my trip, which was very unfortunate but I guess it’s pretty normal? Definitely shouldn’t be."

"The property has a truly exceptional staff. From the moment you arrive, you receive a warm and welcoming experience, especially from the concierge team assigned to your room. We had the pleasure of having Alan and Ana assist us during our stay, and they were extremely helpful, polite, and attentive. We traveled with our two children, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and welcome. They gave our kids the attention and assistance they needed and made sure every request was handled with care. We truly appreciate the outstanding service and hospitality. The staff made our stay even more enjoyable, and we would be happy to return!"

"First and foremost I’d like to personally thank Señor Martin for ensuring that I had a vegetarian lunch or dinner every evening. I was almost floored when I was handed a conventional menu and they had a plethora of meat options; little to no vegetarian options. The hotel reached out to me when I made the reservation, I told them my dietary preferences. I was told that I’d have to inform the chef the day prior what I would like to have for lunch and dinner the next day. This is unacceptable to me. This was not communicated to me when I made the reservation nor when the hotel reached out to me. Nevertheless, we made it work and for the most part I did enjoy my dinners most nights and the occasional times when I had lunch. Breakfast was a DELIGHT. I was able to have green juice all day long so I did appreciate that. The grounds inside are absolutely beautiful. I loved the trees & the wild animals that roamed around the property. I had the opportunity to see a monkey on one of my afternoon strolls. My personal plunge pool was not working as pictured. I was told upon arrival that I had to inform them 24hours prior if I wanted them to fill it up. What?! Unacceptable to me as far as I’m concerned. ThankGod for the outdoor shower on the roof. The property is getting a little worn down. The view of restaurant from the beach made me apprehensive about the overall condition of the resort. Some of the facilities and fixtures def need replacement or some TLC. Staff warm & friendly"
