We have stayed here twice. The first time was definitely better. Food quality had gone down. I will say the spa is amazing! And Miguel in font lobby is the best! We will probably move on from this place. If your looking for a nice beach this is not the place.

The Entertainment crew at the Hotel is top notch and makes this resort stand out from the rest. They engage and remember your name from day one, and it makes for an incredibly fun time. Kendall, Angel, Melissa, Chickibaby and Camilo are what are going to make me book this report again for next year. The other guest were also friendly and we got to know so many people, many of whom come back each year - which is really telling. My sister and I had a wonderful time here. Thank you everyone.

beautiful property, well managed. relatively small, so easy to get around. they need to create a better gym and equipment. some food in the specialty restaurants had a very stranger taste- the Privileged - I suspect they are using low-quality oils to cook. Need to switch to healthier oil options. very poor beer selection- and quality of the beer is low as well.
