I loved the entire property, food, beach cove, animals, cleanliness, and staff friendliness. I think the front desk could use a little more training when checking in new guests and making them aware of the dinner dress code, policies for beach buffets, and your all-inclusive benefits. What your building concierge is there to assist you with (dinner reservations, shows at the theater, etc). Overall My family and I had a fantastic time, we snorkeled at the Beach Cove for three out of the six days we stayed there, and we had dinner at every single restaurant (seafood restaurant needs help with flavor, it's so bland). Nonetheless, We will revisit this hotel. FYI if you go to the beach club presentation ask to be assisted by Alex Garcia he's honest and super sweet, not pushy at all.

Most staff was ok but the food wasn’t good. Breakfast was the only thing good. Honestly if your looking to stay just check a different resort. The swim up bar entire staff was rude and horrible.

Rooms were rather far, esp with little kids. Reservations at restaurants requires pants- even then the experience wasn’t the utmost and for the other dining areas- food gets old after eating it all week 3xs a day. Not much beach area other than a man made cove. The other beach area was adults only,
