We had a wonderful time here, will definitely be back! Open only a few months,there were some minor things to work out. Staff was unbelievably helpful, everywhere. Loved it being on the small side, spa was fantastic. Food portions were very small, my only negative.

We previously stayed at this resort 4 times as Secrets Capri. We have been anxiously awaiting for it to re-open. We were just as pleased with Hyatt Zilara. We were welcomed by a very friendly, welcoming staff. The upgrades throughout the resort are wonderful! Our room was clean and comfortable. Room service was great! The beach is kept up very well. Hyatt Zilara is a beautiful resort and the staff was amazing. We especially loved our pool waitress, Grissell. She was fantastic. Never had to ask for drinks. She knew exactly what we wanted and kept them coming all day. She was super friendly and accomodating. We will definitely be back.

The management team and staff made this trip an amazing experience! Customer service is a priority here and it shows in everything they do. Incredibly clean resort. The food at the restaurants and snack bars was delicious and well presented.

The property used to be a secrets. They’re still in the learning process, but overall this is a very intimate and quiet property. If you’re not looking to go, super crazy, this is the place the hibachi and shrimp was good. The drinks were excellent.

First & foremost the staff was excellent! The staff was very accommodating & would go out of their way to make you feel special. Alberto helped us our bags to the room. Everyday we ran into him he always remembered everyone in our party’s names. Cesar at the coffee shop was very kind & helpful & always serving with a smile. The BIG issue I had with the whole resort is the food is horrible. He tried every restaurant & buffet throughout the week we was there. The food was absolutely terrible. We had to leave the resort the last 2 nights to go get food. Overall I would definitely come back. But not plan on eating any of the food.
