"Property was very nice, the Mayan show was awesome! Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would say that the buffet they have is going to be the best food they have on the resort but the other places were not bad. The main down side would be how rocky the beach was, there was a lot of seaweed when we went but that’s just the season we went in. Overall I’d say the resort was a 9/10"

"The service was excellent and the grounds cozy and marvelous. The villas are spacious and well equipped. The restaurants serve exquisite authentic meals as well as more common staples. The only thing that prevents me from awarding five stars is the location of the resort. It is nestled in between two larger and busier resorts. You can hear club music blasting until late in the evening. A lot of foot traffic on the small beach makes the experience feel less luxurious, less exclusive."

"Ficamos no hotel do dia 21/8 ao 25/8. Esse hotel nos impressionou positivamente!! É impressionante a areia em frente as cabanas, a vibe das redes, o conforto da cabana. Estávamos em 4 pessoas e reservei o quarto com 3 camas, a terceira cama fica no mezanino, e meu filho adorou. O restaurante tem um café da manhã delicioso, e o jantar que já comprei na reserva é muito bem elaborado. Passamos muito bem estes dias. O que não ajudou foi a praia que estava com sargaço, mas o próprio staff do hotel limpava diariamente a areia. O hotel tem uma vibe romântica, calma e rústica. E apesar de ser na areia, e muito arborizado, não vimos aranhas, nem moscas, nem insetos no geral. Por ser cabana inicialmente fiquei com medo de encontrar paranhos, mas a limpeza é ótima. É próximo tanto de Cancún quanto de tulum, o centrinho de playa está super próximo, e como estávamos com carro alugado nossa logística foi ótima!"
