The resort was amazing all around. Every member of the staff was so happy and helpful. William took care of us from the start and gave us so many helpful tips about the resort. All of the restaurants were great, but the steakhouse stood out. I just left and I can't wait to go back!

Marco looked after us and booked some amazing dinners! The resort is clean and El Beso was worth it to not have to have children around you. The buffet was good and diverse. Make sure to book dinners.

We have been to many resorts, and this was a great choice; we love the option of the adult section, everyone was so wonderful, the food was exceptional, the Entertainment was great, and we had an amazing time! Would definitely book again!

Overall had a great experience at this resort. We arrived before check in time and were still able to enjoy the resort. We got a swim up room in the adults only section of the resort and it was perfect. Easy access to the rest of the resort. Close walking distance from both the dining and the beach. There were many options for food and the drinks at the bars were well made. Service was excellent, staff spoke both English and Spanish. While at the beach we were approached by many solicitors trying to sell massages/excursions/souvenirs. This got irritating as we were just trying to relax. Wish there was some restrictions on them approaching us.

El Beso was a nice all inclusive resort that was very accommodating to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the dining options were pretty good. There was entertainment throughout the day and something to do at night.

Most of the staff we dealt with were not friendly and rude. However Marco Franco was amazing and turned our poorly started vacation into a better one. He was kind and friendly and went above and beyond. The food over all was probably the best out of all the resorts we have been to.

We really enjoyed our stay. We ended up upgrading to Privilege and got a roof top suite, which was amazing. We loved it! I like tequila, so upgrading to Privilege was worth it for the high end alcohol. It was nice having a butler to help answer any questions we had and they took care of booking dinner reservations. The food was great and we like the large property so we can get our steps in, but also love that they have a golf cart train to drive people to the beach or lobby.

Our client services/customer service rep Maria was amazing. She helped arrange our dinners and excursions and even helped us plan a perfect little surprise for the husbands. The only part I did not like was the constant hounding from the reps wanting us to basically do the resort time share presentation to get free massages or excursions. No matter how many times you say no thank you they continued to stalk you. That was very annoying.

My stay at Ocean River Paradise in El Beso was absolutely amazing! Everything about this trip was perfect and truly enjoyable. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, exactly what I was hoping for. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and the restaurants served delicious food. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, always ready to help with a smile. I also loved the entertainment and activities the hotel offered—they really made my trip unforgettable. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends!

This property was gorgeous with many entertainment options! The only complaint we had was that the beach could have been slightly nicer. We stayed at El Beso and had a fantastic time. The bartender, Edgardo IS THE BEST!! The food at this resort was definitely better than most resorts. Fatama with guest services was also so kind!

I’ve been to Mexico for all inclusive stays several times, and this by far has been the greatest experience. Lisandro was our concierge and he went over the moon to assist my family and I, and made this experience so wonderful. The staff were so kind and helpful and the property was beautiful.
