This resort is a zoo, numerous of animals running around on property chasing guest, from actual raccoons, so some other raccoons species, cats, and monkey. This resort is also very racist to black people. Food sucks, restaurants reservations almost impossible!! Would not recommend this place!

Our experience here was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced in Mexico due to the staff, mainly our concierge Alexa. She catered to our every need, sent champagne & choc covered strawberries and a farewell gift. Unbelievable! The property was amazing, and very safe. Returning for sure!
