Animal poop in stairwells left for days, too difficult to get beach (pool) towels each day as well as water. Told to just dial zero for anything we need & tried getting water bottles (more than the daily 2) & were told we’d be charged for them!? Didn’t get daily pool towels more than once & were told to wait & they’d be delivered when room was made up (some days was after 3:00). Toilet ran, wouldn’t flush (needed to call about it a couple times 1st couple days & then saw that it was also leaking by the wall). “Complimentary”tequila bottle in room had been opened previously (refilled by staff?), water bottle used as ashtray left in room behind headboard. Definitely would not stay here again especially at this price.

Overall great experience, only complaint was lack of Mexican options and amenity rules. Life jacket required for paddle boarding was ridiculous.

Really nice resort and staff is all incredibly friendly! The foam party is really fun, but i definitely wouldnt suggest here if youre looking to party nonstop. Its the perfect balance of fun and incredibly relaxing. Was also very clean and definitely recommend getting a swim out room!

I just left this resort celebrating my 10 year wedding anniversary and everyone and everything was amazing! We met some really amazing people. The drinks and food was great! The atmosphere was amazing! We LOVED the foam party on Saturday! You must attend. Overall 8/10 rating!

This was the first adults only resort we have stayed at that was FUN! The main pool is a great time every day. The food was terrific - at the buffet and the restaurants (anywhere you can get freshly grilled food, it’s incredible!). Staff were all friendly and the bartenders were quick and will remember you very well. Pool entertainment staff were great and do a wonderful job keeping people involved. Our room was large and comfortable. It was starting to show its age, but nothing terrible or impacted our stay. Some nights it seemed to get a little hot in the room and we couldn’t make it any colder. The swim out option was nice in case you want a slightly quieter day / afternoon - and you can order food or drinks all day long. The one downfall is the small beach. While we were there, there was a seaweed problem on the beach. We knew the beach wasn’t good when we booked, and it isn’t a big deal to us, but it is very small and seems a little neglected. However there’s a full bar and snacks available on the beach which is nice (and other people said the food was outstanding - we didn’t try it so I can’t comment). We used the tennis courts a couple times which was a fun option. The gym was decent to get a good vacation workout in. We didn’t use other amenities or the sister properties, but it is always nice to have access to other food - but in a week, we never felt like we needed to. Overall, we had a GREAT week and would return to this resort!

Staff members at the property were more than accommodating!!! The property was always being cleaned and maintained the entire week we were there. I had the swim up pool luckily because the beach due to seaweed was not able to be used . The smell was awful which was very unfortunate. The food at the restaurants were good however we wish they had more options for time as they closed down at 10 and the snacks at the buffet and room service was below average. We went to a beach club about 15 minutes away which was amazing and did the snorkeling/ catamaran tour.
