The hotel is not like in the pictures, the swimming pool area is in bad conditions. They don't mention what type of breakfast they offer and it is just one coffee, one orange juice and a piece of bread

Llegamos y había un anuncio de clausurado, pero aún así estaba en servicio, el hotel es limpio, muy bueno si solo quieres ir a dormir como nosotros, la TV con cable no funciona pero, el internet si está cerca del portal maya y la quinta avenida, además había unos tacos bien buenos en la plaza de en frente Cuando llegamos había como 4 personas y cero nos atendieron bien, ya cuando hicimos check in hubo otra persona que si fue súper amable

The people who run this place r rude no respect being a guest very dirty by the pool internet was poor very very noisy

Noisy room, was beside the terrasse. The breakfast was verry minimal, The person responsible didn't even want to give an extra slice of bread. The staff at the reception do not speak a word of English. There was no safe in the room, and the sheets appeared to be soiled.

Nothing in listing matches what is actually there. The owner manages said they would refund in full. Expedia has tried to contact them with no awanser. I have photos of all the cockroaches. Have a screenshot of messages that say they will refund us but still have not been refunded

Misrepresented description and picture. There is no beach associated with property. Ground floor rooms are so dark, sunlight never come. In Breakfast give one slice of bread and 1 coffee. If you ask more they refuse with big disrespect. All fake.
