Moxche was just perfect and exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were beautiful, food was delicious, drinks were great, there were many pools for partying and intimate settings, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, the spa was amazing and best massage I’ve ever had.

I love the aesthetics of this place. The views are amazing. The food is good not nothing. Typical you got to try a bunch of different foods. I love all the pools that are available. I love the staff. Very attentive, perfect place for couples.

The Entire Staff is very professional. The food is very good. And the restaurant selection is excellent. The only disappointment was the room was sold as Ocean front when in fact there are trees and Other structures between the room and the ocean. The beach is very clean but the water is not crystal clear as expected.

The usual " I wanted to give it 5 stars" which the resort definitely deserves... But I am a first traveler and was excited to check out this resort ( the rooftop infinity pool was awesome - recommended. But when I got to my room I was expecting to see this beautiful view (which it was) it was the fact that my room looked right down on a big patch of sand that was a construction site. The lesson learned I will next time call the property and ask about anything I should know about the room But recommend the resort!!!

Beautiful property with multiple places to swim or hideout in one of many pool areas and cenotes. However, it does show wear and tear around the hotel. My room had a little moldy smell, but the bed was comfortable and service was excellent. Beach was nice and calm but still couldn’t swim due to seaweed. But at least it didn’t smell bad! Food was tasty and the drinks were usually good!

The pros: Beautiful pools on the impressions side. The meals at Cielo and Bisou were wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The spa was great - we did the 80 minute massage and 50 minutes of hydrotherapy. The resort was not crowded at all and we never had an issue getting seated poolside. The cons: Made the mistake of doing one of their timeshare presentations - they were rude and condescending. We spoke with other guests at the resort who had similar experiences with the rude selling tactics. Many of the restaurants offered some meals for an extra charge which was frustrating. The Butler service was ok. It was not a real butler service but they were nice and tried their best.

The property is beautiful the taco and marquesitas stands every night are AMAZING ! Only thing I wish I could change is the music in the sports bar it’s the same beat every night tried asking the staff but they said they can’t change it. Also the overall night ambiance is very slow pace would be nice to get some upbeat music once in a while outside the club. But overall great experience the food is definitely on the better side of all inclusive. Would consider going again !
