"I loved this property because it was in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. Amazing resort, very clean, 10/10 staff, and location was perfect. Nice big rooms, new sliding glass doors (made the room quiet), and property felt well maintained. The staff were the stars of the show for sure!"

"Everything was great. The local wildlife was cute between the terns?, coatis, and geckos. Only gripe were the mosquitoes so remember to bring repellent and itch relief! "

"I love traveling to this resort. The Staff is like family to us and we love them all. They always go above and beyond. If i could critique anything about this resort is the food. I am lucky on this trip, we stayed in the Royal Level with excellent food choices. Outside of the royal level the food seems to be consistent but also the same flavors and quality throughout. The food is made for the masses and quality suffers due to this. "

"We had a great room, big one, with two queen beds. The bathroom had a full bathtub with shower, other separated shower, and a separated toilet. It was some issues with the toilet but solved right away. All staff were good and special Bernice from front desk, Eduardo from the pool bar were outstanding, professional and helpful. Food was amazing for all tastes. We had entertainment every single nights and enjoyed it. Excellent were activities around the pool too. Be aware that you have to book your shuttle from the airport to resort and back. We done through Expedia and it was around 120 CAD."
