The property was clean, the food options in the buffet was very poor and tasted very bland. Reservations for the specialty restaurants was limited so you need to be on the app at exactly 8am to reserve dinner for that day. The meat they use for the burgers and hot dog taste like spam (Yuck); In Route 66 you saw multiple persons taking a bite and then leaving the burger behind. Drinks where weakkkkk. The bowling alley and gaming area was small but gave the kids something to do after being the pool. The beach was horrible, seaweed galore and smelled terrible. . After visiting the Ocean Coral Springs, we expected Ocean Coral Turquesa to be good but this was certainly a disappointment. Please note you need taxis to get everywhere as this is far away from everything. When we stayed in the hotel zone we could walk around town. They have some adorable cats on property but be careful at night because racoons roam the hallways. 2 times we were greeted by the racoon as we left our room at night. We definitely will not be going back to Ocean Coral Turquesa.

We had young kids so the size was great! Wasn't too big and the kids pool was great. Food service was consistent and staff was very accommodating from waiting staff through the bell boys. Great spot for a family vacation with young kids.

Loved the specialty restaurants and the staff. Resort was beautiful. The buffet was not very good but we ate at specialty restaurants and Privilege lounge so ok. We would definitely come back

Resort is small. Reservations to restaurants are hard to get. Family place. Children were in the bar pool which took away from adults trying to enjoy a few drinks.

The hotel is nice and has great potential. The cleaning crew did a great job on the room cleanings. Most of the staff were nice, but some were not professionals in their field. The beer was extremely watery and tasted bad. The mixed drinks were very week and not done properly. The quality of the food was week. The room that we staid had a very ugly balcony and a very bad sewer smell coming from the water and drains. Water had a sulfur smell, like if it was swamp water.

It was a great trip. Food was better then any other resort or cruise that I went to before in the past. The bar staff did great job keeping up with all the people there. The only downfall was the elevators didn't work but you truly only them if you have elderly person with you.

Overall this was an amazing resort to stay at. The property is large but very walkable, the restaurants were amazing and there was a lot of variety. The pools were busy and at times it was impossible to find seating as people would leave their towels from the early hours of the morning and essentially ‘reserve’ seating while they weren’t there, this was one of the cons but the pools themselves were fun, clean, large and very close to the bar, fresh fruit bar, ocean burgers, the towels and more. There were a few times were we went to get towels and there were none available (another con). But overall, from the room (beautiful) to the restaurants, the property, the staff, the amenities and activities this was a stellar resort which we look forward to staying at again. There are a handful of folks to shout out, Miquel A (front desk) - he was kind, helpful, understanding, and caring. Jose Luis Cen was also very helpful, kind and prompt! Diego (temporary tattoos) was so sweet, it was a pleasure chatting with him while getting a temp tattoo and chatting a bit each day, he never failed to say hi! The on-site doctor was wonderful! And Katia (concierge), there are too many wonderful things to say about Katia. Initially there were a couple of hiccups but the moment they were brought to Katias attention she did everything possible to correct them and she tremendously elevated our experience! She was kind, caring, empathetic, knowledgeable and overall just phenomenal!!

Very lovely property. Amazing, super friendly staff! The property is in decent shape, a tad outdated, but nothing is broken or critical. The pools are clean and friendly. The area is clean. The food is fantastic! All restaurants, including the cooks and staff, are excellent! This is the best bang for the buck you pay! Things that I found troublesome and that can be improved but common for all-inclusive resorts: - restaurant bookings on the day of - I need to wake up at the crack of don to grab a good spot by the pool - diluted alcohol. However, they don’t dilute their house tequila. Margaritas are the only strong drink. Room services and entertainment teams are pretty amazing too! Some performances are very impressive. Special shout out to the Spa folks for heavenly massage therapy, services, photo studio, and photographers for amazing and memorable photos. I highly recommend the property to singles and families.
