Our stay at Azul Beach resort was wonderful. We were there for one week March 10-16/23 with another couple. The first thing to note about this resort was the cleanliness. Our rooms were cleaned every day, with our fridge restocked every morning. The second was the AMAZING staff. Friendly and attentive, these people really did make our trip. Special shout out to Bettyna at the pool bar- she made our pool days the very best with her spectacular service and jokes. The front desk staff was very attentive as well- check in was a breeze, and when my husband cut his finger late in the night, they were able to take very good care of him in a professional way. The FOOD!! Wow…there are SO many options for dining. Italian and Carribean was our favorite, but honestly it was all good. Pizza Pizza was fun for lunch, and we especially enjoyed the BBQ by the pool bar in the afternoons. Though we didn’t have children with us, I did notice that there were many options for children to eat, including a “kids only” section at the buffet in which they can serve themselves. Myself and another did a few hours at the spa, which was also clean and well set up. The massage was great. The gym is small but has everything you need for a work out including squat bar and multiple cardio machines. Overall, this resort is 10/10 and I have been to 8 all inclusive resorts. If you have any doubts, let them go. This is a great choice!

I love it . So nice & pretty . Food & drinks was good . Everyone was nice . It’s was 45 minutes from Cancun . & 21 minutes from the airport . We wanted to stay close to the airport. Bring extra money for taxi . Trip was awesome . Resort was awesome.

The area was nice and relaxing. There are areas here and there that can use some maintenance repair, touchup. Beach kept clean, clear better. Dinning was ok. Employees all very friendly which was very pleasant and relaxing.

Let me start by saying that we travelled with a large group of 12, so these issues were not isolated to just ourselves. I suggest that if you are looking at staying here, you stay away. Your money will be well spent elsewhere. Nothing comes of the issues, just "oh sorry". Pros:BB at the adult swim up bar was amazing. She works very hard and does a great job ensuring everyone has a great time and is well taken care of. Susana our housekeeping for our room was amazing and was very sweet and kind and did a great job. The view from our honeymoon suite was amazing! It ends here. Cons: For two sporadic days two rooms in our group, one being us had no water in the morning. Not drinking water, literal running water in our rooms in the morning. Meaning, you could not shower, flush the toilet, brush your teeth, you know the basics. We tried to call the front desk over and over and no one would answer any of our calls. The water finally came back on, for one of the days. But, even by 9am yesterday the water was still not on in our room. Just in time for departure, I guess. When we spoke to the front desk about it upon check out, we were told "sorry, but there's nothing we can do for you." Awesome. The food was sub par at best. Wait times, of an hour. Messed up massage bookings. One of our rooms smelled like sewage, bad. Leaking coffee pots not replaced. Asked for a blanket 3 nights in a row at the front desk with nothing. The beach, don't even try. Restaurant service, awful. Stay away.
